Financial Advise, Snake Oil

KENDALL, FL - MARCH 07: Ileana Garcia cooks se...Image by Getty Images via Daylife

I am going to set the record straight. Anyone who makes money off your money shouldn't be trusted. Debt is bad. I know that sometimes people have to borrow money. Would you lend money to someone who owed as much as you owe? Tell the truth. Sure you pay your bills. The question is will the person you are lending to pay. If a stranger walked up to you and asked to borrow a thousand dollars, What would you say? This is point one. A credit score is meaningless to people who don't need to borrow money. If you payed off your bills and payed cash, you wouldn't give a damn about your credit score. A credit score is a way to hold you hostage financially. It goes up and down based on what whim over takes the financial institutions, whether you pay your bills or not. Borrow money and it can go up or down. Why, because somone you didn't give permission makes a judgement about you. Pay off your credit cards and close them and it goes down. Does that make sense? if you don't owe any money, you should be a great credit risk.
Here's the real deal. The credit score companies and the banks are working together to put you in debt and keep you in debt forever. Anyone who tells you to borrow money when you don't need to is making money off you in some way. Of course the credit score companies want you to borrow money. If you didn't they would be out of a job. They are conning you. Or more to the point blackmailing you into borrowing money. Money that you will pay in interest. Who pays the credit score companies? Anyone who is lending you money, that's who. This is why the credit score companies want you to borrow. They are making millions from constantly being asked for peoples credit scores and credit histories. They have no interest in you if you pay cash. They don't make a dime if you save up and buy things. Who pays for the people you are borrowing from to check your credit scores? You do. Do you think that the fees and interest rates they charge you are pointless. Far from it.
Now, lets look at your bank accounts. Do you get any interest from them. Add up the fees and subtract that from your interest and see what you lost. Banks are using your money and making tons of money by using your money for free. Keeping money in a bank account costs you money. People are stealing from you left and right and you are allowing it.
What should you do? First, take your money out of the bank if you are paying fees. Join a credit union where they actually pay interest. Put any money you don't need for bills in the credit union and get a debit card from them. Pay with your debit card. Don't use atm's. They are black holes that suck a hundred dollars right out of your pocket faster than a mugger could work you over. Take out a loan at your credit union and pay off your credit cards if possible? Shred all of them but one. Keep the one with the lowest interest for a real emergency. An emergency is life and death. An emergency is not the cute purse, shoes or movie that you can't do without.
Finally, don't believe anyone who gives you advice about money unless you have reseached it and they have money in it too. Then make sure they are not Bernie Madoff.
Finally if it sounds to good to be true it is. All cons play on your greed. You are a sucker if you bite. The second you hand over your money it is gone. You might as well have had it in the mattress and burned your house down your self. No One wants to make you money unless they are getting something out of it. Drive past your finacial advisors house and see where you pay for him to live. When someone manages your money, they are making money off your money. If you lose your money will they lose all theirs. If not you can't trust them? Anyone who says borrow money should be immediately banished from your life. Take absolute control of your money. Find all the things that you are getting charged for needlessly and cut them out. Food, shelter, heat and electricity, and a car may be basic needs, but you should not go into debt for life for any of them.
This is straight talk for anyone who wants to do more than work at a big box chain to supplement their retirement. Walk through all the places you go and see how many seniors are working there. You will have a new understanding of retirement. Take note of them, because if you keep throwing money down the crapper, you will be the next one on their payroll.

Big Banks Say Go Elsewhere!

Bank of America - Take Back the Economy 4-28-0...Image by seiuhealthcare775nw via Flickr

Why not take the big banks advice. Shred your credit cards after you get one from your local bank. We bailed them out and they want to steal our money. Why pay them twice. We already paid the big banks. If we had charged the interest rates that they charge us on our credit cards they would owe us forever.
Why didn't we charge them 30% interest any way. But Wait, we can still charge them 30% on the bailout. Just like them we can race the rate retroactively. Let's get paid.
Next month is skip a payment month for the major banks. Everyone gets to keep their money next month and lets the banks eat the loss. Lets see what they say then. I bet they would beg to lower our interest rates. 50,000,000 people skipping a payment ought to adjust their attitudes. If it doesn't hell we can always say take this card and shove it. We aren't paying you no more. Go beg quarters on the streets, because you are going to be poor.

Better Economy?

Auburn Hills, MichiganImage via Wikipedia

The people, who would smile gleefully as their houses burned, are now saying that things will get better in late 2009. I would just like to point out that better is a relative term. If your neighbor's house burns to the ground and yours only loses the roof then you might think you are better off.
This is a depression people and the government refuses to call it what it is, because they don't want to take the political heat. All the signs point to more unemployment and devastating times. You may say this is doom and gloom, but it is really economic reality. When 6 million people lose their jobs, every other job is affected. GM and Chrysler are on the skids and up to another million people could lose their jobs as plants close and their suppliers take a major hit. Bottom line this is going to be a long depression.
Now for the worse news. Inflation is likely to hit double digits when the economy does pick up, because the government has printed money more prolifically than BINGO halls. Too much money in circulation forces the federal government to raise interest rates. Any one who lived through the post Reagan years saw interest rates in the 25% range. The banks raised their credit card rates from 6 and 7 percent to 20 and 30 percent and they didn't come down. Thank you congress.
Stocks may rebound immensely, but their value tied to inflation won't. This is just an economic fact. Deflation results in the printing of money and inflation follows, because there is so much money in circulation that buying power goes down.
People need to buy commodities that are undervalued now as a hedge against inflation, but gold and platinum are at the top of the bubble now and the bubbles is about to break. Those commodities will see a huge drop in value as suddenly a house prices did. The bottom line is that when things reach a price that shuts out people's ability to buy in great enough quantities, there is no market for them and the price falls, leaving the last people holding the bag with any empty bag.

America Stop Bending Over!

PASADENA, CA - MAY 30: The price displayed fo...Image by Getty Images via Daylife

Service is only for the people who want to over pay for what they buy. Good government is for people who donate their paychecks. Law enforcement and justice go to the people who can pay for the best. Job security is a fantasy. Respect is a foreign concept. You can jump in with your two cents any time and add to this list.
All this exists because of you. You tolerate it. You promote it in your jobs. You expect it from your politicians. You believe that your bank account makes you a first or second class citizen. God forbid you should stand up and say I won't take this any more.
Over 4000 soldiers died in Iraq to give you the right to tell people you won't be walked on, but you won't honor their sacrifices by standing up for yourselves. Your jobs wouldn't have gone to China, Mexico, and India if you had any balls. On the day you put your credit cards away and refused to buy anything this country took it's first step towards an actual opportunity to improve this country.
You can now demand the things that used to be your rights. You can tell your bank to stick it. You can fire your politicians and find some that aren't in the pocket of the lobbyists. You can end welfare for fortune 500 companies and the rich. They don't need government help. They have the money to hire people to solve their problems. They don't need any help from the government.
If they sent your jobs to china then no American should buy from them. China sends us lead tainted products and poison in our food. Here's an idea spend ten dollars and buy a shirt that says I don't buy foreign made goods. Find out where the things you buy are made. Find out if a companies tech help is in India. Find out where your food comes from. Find out where the oil that was refined into gas comes from for your car. When you've found out, stop buying foreign goods.
When the bank raises your interest rate tell them to screw off. No one should pay loan shark rates to buy things. If there is a restocking fee at your store for returns, tell the salesman you don't buy where there is a restocking fee. If your paying for checking your a lost cause. I have free checking and my bank payed me 100 dollars to move my account there.
If you have a cell phone and pay a monthly fee your either getting too many calls or your an idiot. Go to skype for your home phone and pay a total of 100 dollars a year for phone service, then buy a tracfone and pay as you go. Stop walking through the mall calling everyone you know for the hell of it. Don't text unless it's life or death. The cell phone companies are sucking your bank accounts dry.
If you stop bending over to pick up the soap, you will find that everyone will get good service. When someone slights you where you shop, leave the cart or the goods wave your money or credit card in front of their face and say good bye. I guarantee you that if everyone does this service will suddenly improve for everyone. If your grocery bill has skyrocketed find a different store. People are creatures of habit and they waste more money going slapping designer labels on their asses than the whole budget of California. If you wear their name, they should pay you for advertising for them.
If you don't take control of your life and everything in it, then you deserve to get bent over. You deserve to pay 5 times what a car is worth. You deserve to have it fall a part in 5 years while you still owe 20 thousand dollars on it. You deserve to have to scrimp together the minimum monthly payments on your credit cards. And can I just say no coffee is worth 5 dollars a cup. You are paying that for some imaginary status in your pitiful little worlds. If you could only hear what people are saying about you wannabes behind your backs, you wouldn't set foot in half the places you go.
A watch tells time people. It is no indicator of your status. Shoes protect your feet. Guys don't look at you feet ladies. Spend the money in the gym losing your beer gut. Buying things is not an antidepressant. Grazing at restaurants because you are to lazy to learn how to cook is sad. Half the country is just plain fat. They are lard buckets with low self esteem, who need to substitute designer items for a real healthy self image.
The phrase of the month is stand up for yourself.

Hidden News Hits Mark On Dow Drop

An example of street markets accepting credit ...Image via Wikipedia

On octaber 24th The Hidden News predicted the Dow would hit 7000. Well folk, It's almost there and still dropping. Had you payed attention then you would have saved a boat load of monney, but were not here to tell you I told you so.
The Dow is likely to hit 6000 before this mess is over as Tech Stocks take a major hit. Tech stocks will come back though. The keys is to dump stocks buy bonds which have out performed stocks and sit tight.
This crisis is far from ober. It is just begining. As Credit Card Compnies indiscriminately raise interest rates on people the default rate will triple. People who were good credit risks will suddenly lose the ability to make payments. People who were bad or average credit risks will default like mad. There will be no amount of money the government can invest in the banks to save them at that point. They will simply fail.
The banks have chosen their own demise buy following this policy. They will force people into bankruptcy at unprecedented levels by making them unable and unwilling to pay off their Credit Card Debt.
In the mean time Congress is sitting on their hands, because the banks own them. They are so afraid of the banks they will let the econommy suffer a nuclear disaster. This is the beginning of the end folks. Get a safe. Go to a credit union, but get your money out of the banks. If you own stock you are toast. Sell it for what you can get. Liquidate all your assets if they are affected by a major bank and sit on it. Roll your 401ks into iras and run I repeat run from anything to do with a bank that offers credit cards, because once a person defaults on one credit card the rest follow like dominoes. Expect the Dow to drop to 6000 maybe even 5000.
The govenment, the media, and the stockmarket would have you think that a panic is going on, but the real story is the market is about to hit lows that can't be predicted and can not be comprehended. The Dow could simply fold, since it is only based on 30 high performing stocks. If the dow folds, it could take the whole market with it.
The result of this could be a depression deeper than the great depression and even a decade of economic failure and misery.
